These terms and conditions explain how ordering from Here U Go Cookies works, from the moment you place an order to the moment you pick it up. Please read them before you order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm every order by email. Then Lorraine bakes it fresh to order, from scratch, in small batches.

Pickup

Here U Go Cookies does not offer shipping or delivery. All orders are available for pickup only.

Pre-orders open Sundays at 6:00 PM and close Tuesdays at 6:00 PM (Pacific Time) for that Saturday’s pickup.

Pickup is available once a week at a designated pickup location. The exact location and address will be provided to you via email/text after your order has been placed.

Pickup is currently available on Saturdays between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. Please arrive during the scheduled pickup window. A 10-minute grace period is allowed after the pickup window ends. After that, pickup cannot be guaranteed.

Please be sure to check the pickup schedule before placing your order, as the pickup city, date, and location may vary from one pickup to the next.

Missed pickups are non-refundable and will be donated.

Special Orders

Special orders are always available. Because we make them to your request, please confirm all details with Lorraine before you place your order.

Pricing

We list all prices in U.S. dollars: $5.00 each, $27.00 for a (6) Pk and $48.00 for a (12) Dz Pk. Special add-ons on cookies are an additional charge. Prices may change at any time. However, the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Allergens

All of our cookies contain wheat/gluten, milk and eggs. Casa Peanut also contains peanuts and soy. Crema Real also contains macadamia nuts and soy. Crema de la Luna and Casa Confetti also contain soy. So please review the ingredient and allergen information on each product page before ordering.

Refunds & Order Issues

Because our cookies are made fresh to order, all sales are generally final. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution. Please note that issues related to missed pickups or failure to collect an order during the scheduled pickup window are not eligible for a refund.
